What to expect: Friends of Trees provides gloves, tools, and guidance, as well as breakfast snacks. Join this unique event with the goal of clearing the way for the Salmonberry Trail Rails-to-Trails project. We will be clearing blackberry from the decommissioned railroad in Banks in preparation for walking trails to be built. This event was originally scheduled as a native plant rescue, and we hope to continue this work earlier in the winter next year when the conditions are right for plant rescue and re-planting. For now, please consider signing up for this rescheduled event on this March Friday morning! Clearing blackberry and any other invasive species will help make this awesome trail project and future plant rescue possible!

RSVP: Please sign up through the event calendar
