Michelle Jenck, Board Member 

Michelle Jenck, M.Ed. is the founder of Divergent Ideas, a consulting practice that helps organizations, communities, and cross-sector partnerships solve complex challenges through systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and practical strategies that improve human and community well-being. She has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of health and community development. She holds a Master of Education in Health & Kinesiology and a Master's Certificate in Behavioral Economics.

A lifelong Oregonian, Michelle is passionate about projects that strengthen health and prosperity. She believes the Salmonberry Trail represents far more than a recreational asset. It is a long-term investment in economic vitality, public health, transportation, conservation, and regional connection. She is committed to helping build partnerships that will bring this once-in-a-generation project to life for future generations.
