Steve Marko, Board Member
Steve has a rich professional background with nearly 30 years of leadership and marketing experience in the natural foods industry, including 18 years in Oregon. He is currently the senior director of R&D for Tillamook County Creamery Association, where he oversees innovation, sustainable packaging, and the product portfolio for the retail brand Tillamook. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Cal Poly, M.S. degree in both Food Science and Winemaking from Fresno State University, and his MBA from Marylhurst University.
Since 2006, Steve has lived in Portland, OR, with his wife and daughter. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys a range of activities, such as hiking, cycling, skiing, fishing, boating, and improving his golf game. He is passionate about contributing to the Salmonberry Trail vision and enhancing public access to this beautiful region of Oregon.
